1 Correct part
1.1 I have seen a part in the shop but I doubt whether it is suitable for my Opel / Vauxhall
Obviously we try to describe all items as accurately and completely as possible.

2 Chassis number
2.1 Where can I find the chassis number of my Opel / Vauxhall
The chassis number also called VIN number can be found on your registration certificate or on the car.
Opel / Vauxhall uses different locations for the chassis number.

-On the front end upper panel (under the bonnet)
-In the right B-pillar (black sticker)
-Behind-the windshield (left hand side) 
-Bulkhead (left hand side) only Brava / Campo / Monterey


The chassis number / VIN number (after 1980) consists of 17 positions starting with:

1G0    (Opel GT, Ampera)
4GD    (Sintra)
JAA     (Brava / Campo)
JAC     (Monterey)
SED    (Frontera-A)
VN1    (Movano-A)
VSX    (Corsa-A / Nova)
W0L    (All other Opel / Vauxhall models)       

The chassis numbers that you encounter in the different parts are usually the last 8 positions.

3 Part not in shop
3.1 I can not find a specific part in the webshop
Unfortunately it is impossible to list all items in the shop. This does not mean we do not have this part in stock or can not be ordered. Please contact us via "Live Help", when we are online, or e-mail.
4 Engine number
4.1 Where can I find an engine number
Each engine has a unique (stamped) number that begins with the engine code.
For example, you have a 1.6 then it says on your registration certificate Z16XEP or X16SZR. The stamped number which begins with Z16XEP or X16SZR followed by the serial number can be found on the cylinder block in front of the clutch housing.
Can not find it? Please feel free to contact us, maybe we can do something for you by using your chassis number / VIN number.
5 Left or right side
5.1 What is the left or right side
The left or right side is determined from the driver's seat facing forward.
6 How do I track my package
6.1 How do I tack my package

Tracking numbers are usually available within 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS after placing your order. (On some orders it may take longer than 3 days) All tracking numbers are e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided at the point of sale. We can also track your order for you if you send us an email and by providing your order number.

7 VAT
7.1 If I place an order from outside the EU do I have to pay VAT
No, you don't have to pay VAT so you can deduct 17.5% from the value of the products. If you come from a country that does not pay VAT then it will be deducted at the checkout.
You may though be eligible to pay the import tax for your country. Due to the constant changes to these taxes, please do not ask FSRS about them. Instead contact your local postal office.
8 Automotive Business
8.1 We are an automotive business. Are there other conditions then?
For all car companies, resellers and wholesale customers we have modified conditions. You can request your conditions by means of the contact form. If you fill out the form as completely as possible, we can provide an appropriate discount. Of course you can always request prices via email.
